The evaluation is structured around six dimensions. These are not test questions with right answers. They are dimensions of judgment that a practicing professional needs to demonstrate:
- Situation recognition
- Can you identify what is actually happening, not just what the person describes?
- Framing accuracy
- Can you frame the issue coherently, without vagueness or overclaim?
- Distinction-making
- Can you distinguish between things that look similar but matter differently?
- Applied reasoning
- Can you work through what you would do — and what you would not do — in a grounded way?
- Mode and boundary clarity
- Can you stay within what the framework can legitimately do and avoid overreach?
- Communication clarity
- Can you explain your reasoning clearly and usefully?
